***Flights, Hotel and other travel expenses are not included in the Club Season dues.***
1. Travel policy: All athletes must travel with a Parent and will stay with their parent in the hotel. If their parent is unable to attend then the athlete will need to arrange to travel/stay with another family on the team/club.
2. Athletes must arrive the day before the tournament begins before 8pm and may depart the last day of the tournament no earlier then 5:30pm.
3. EVERY ATHLETE AND PARENT TRAVELING must stay in the hotel designated by OG. This is required by the tournaments in order to be eligible to participate.
