After signing up and paying the tryout fee, we will send you additional information once we get closer to tryouts with additional registration information

Returning Club Players - Please make sure to log in to your SportsEngine Account as the parent to complete the registration.

First time USAV club player - Please create a SportsEngine account (Tryout registration link below) as the parent (NOT player) to complete the registration.

$75 for online pre-registration OR $100 starting week of.

If accepted for a team, a $500 deposit due at the end of tryouts to hold your spot.

NEW PLAYERS -  If you are unsure of your sizes, please wait until the day of tryouts to try on apparel at the facility.

RETURNING PLAYERS - Please refer to last seasons items as many of the items are similar.  If you are unsure of your sizes or would like to resize, you can do it at tryouts and complete this form after.

**Please remember that by submitting this uniform sizing form, you are agreeing to the spelling and sizes you have chosen. Any size changes after submission will be at the parents expense.**

REGISTRATION COMING SOON

At tryouts, we will form as many teams as practical. If you are selected for a team, you will meet with the coaches (if they are in attendance) and others selected for the team. 

At that point, we will ask you whether you wish to accept a spot on the team. If you accept the spot, you will be asked to go to a link where our Club Participation Agreement exists, sign it, and provide us a $500 deposit. 

Note: The Agreement will be available for your review upon arriving at tryouts. Please read it carefully during the 2-3 hour tryout process. If you are a returning player, the terms of the Agreement will be essentially the same as in prior years. If you reject a spot, we will be disappointed and attempt to fill that spot as soon as practically possible.
